Journey through your inner landscape.
You are a multidimensional being.
The friction of your entire existence - your family, heritage, lineage, culture, time, environment, land and so much more - creates your awareness.
Do you know what aspect(s) of yourself you’re resonating with in this present moment?
Let’s explore it.
my approach
-
Clinical approaches to self-exploration are typically topical. They create treatment plans out of your symptoms and not your experience.
Instead, we’ll go deeper. I view therapy as an art piece that’s constantly and intuitively unfolding.
Plus, I like to both laugh and cuss in the funk. You can expect a casual environment to work within.
-
I believe in your fundamental goodness. The goodness of you, your parts, your defenses, your family patterns. All served a crucial part in your survival, or your family’s survival, at some points. Together, we can honour them and choose how they’ll fit into your life from this point forward.
-
Call it spirit, essence, or experience, there is always more in the room than what we can see. Rooting in the understanding of this truth allows for us to flesh out what’s truly present moment-to-moment.
-
Often our emotions are an expression of a part much younger than our current age.
That younger part experienced this emotion and, for many possible reasons, never had the space to fully express themselves in that initial experience.
Establishing a relationship with those younger parts and allowing them to feel seen, heard, and validated, matures our emotional capacity to one more reflective of our years.
-
Whether the hairs on your neck stand up, goosebumps rise from your arms, or fluttering dances in your belly, the body carries messages that the mind cannot comprehend.
Communing with the subtle sensations of the body opens up a whole new world of possibility and insight.
-
Our psyche’s capacity is boundless. Yet, we inevitably narrow our psychic landscape to that of our upbringing, experience, trauma and education.
How rich could your life be if you incorporated safety, agency and wonder into your inner world?
-
How many conversations with others, both said and unsaid, do you have circulating your mind? Endless loops that we ride because they’re not moving. Giving them the stage to speak, scream, cry, or laugh can create a shift and a new neuropath.
